Shipment Methods

We ship all orders through USPS.

Shipping Times

We ship Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm PST. Orders placed business days after 11:00 am or on the weekend will be processed on the next business day. When an item on your order has been released for shipment, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with the carrier and shipment information.

We make an effort to ship your order as soon as it is received. Depending on the size of the order, please allow 1 week for delivery. Contact us for rush orders and/or special circumstances.

For approved credit card transactions, we will normally ship your order out to you two (2) business days (48 hours) after the receipt of your order unless there is a problem with your payment, in which case we will contact you to finalize the order. Orders made by check or money order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Important Mailing Instructions

To ensure prompt delivery of your The Wheels on the Bus products, the US Postal Service requires the recipient's full name and complete address, including suite or apartment number where applicable. Due to the large volume of orders we receive, we cannot be responsible for verifying shipping addresses. So please be sure to verify the accuracy and completeness of your shipping address; otherwise, any shipments returned to us by the US Postal Service for an insufficient or incorrect address will be re-sent to the correct address at your expense.

For your convience, we offer a number of shipping options:

First Class Mail
Your The Wheels on the Bus products will be sent to you via First-Class US Mail.

Priority Mail
For 2-3 day delivery after order is shipped, Priority Mail delivery within the US and Puerto Rico is available (Note: Priority Mail is not available for orders to Canada.)

International Mail
Yes, we ship virtually anywhere in the world! International shipping, including Canada.

USPS Express Mail
For fastest service within the US and Puerto Rico (1-2 days after your order is shipped), USPS Express Mail is available. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.

All addresses outside of the United States must be sent by International Mail.

Sales taxes will be charged where applicable.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days after ship date (we ship 2 business days [48 hours] after receiving your order) for
receipt of your shipment before inquiring about your order status; 3 business days for Express Mail shipments. If, after that time, you don't receive your shipment, please contact us by e-mail with your name, order date and order number.
